Checking upgrade box on tv screen wont move, cant watch tv?

@Christine+U  It's possible this is the message from your actual TV & not the Sky Q box, you may need to use the TV remote to remove the message.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
