Hi, I normally download a film or mini series on my Amazon fire tablet for my grandson who visits us on a weekend, however I tried to do this yesterday and it stated my plan doesn't support streaming on the device, yet last week it was fine. Has anyone else had this issue? I can download on my iPad so it cannot be that there are too many devices associated with the account as it's been fine previously. Thanks

There had been changes in netflix tiers and these could be triggered by changing the package

Hi, thanks for the info, yes I did amend my package and looking at the link you sent me it does state can only watch on 2 devices at a time, but even if the tv is off it still won't let me download on the Amazon Fire (it states "your plan does not support streaming on this device however it lets me download on the iPad 🤷🏼♀️ ... I'm confused, does this mean Netflix have stopped Amazon devices downloading?
