Lost picture, then remote failed, tried holding 7&9 then 1&3 still no response

Whilst watching sky football, lost picture, got it back after re setting, but kept going off, now gone completely & cannot even get message back to start up, remote has failed also having tried holding 7/9.   1/3 etc

Hi @Kevyn 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completely resetting your Bluetooth remote again.

With the Q box on with green led;
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Same problem and still no TV.  Q box is green.

Unplugged Q box and back in.  Problem resolved.
