Unable to access Netflix in one room, can acces it in all the other rooms. In the particular room we can't get it we are still able to get You Tube and Disney Plus

Tom advised this was a known problem that is being looked into. In the meantime to try an apps refresh which we did and that has worked. Now have Netflix back.
