Can't activate Discovery + on Sky TV

I am still having problems with discovery+. Which sky login details do you put in? I tried my sugn in name for my sky account but it wouldn't accept it because it's not an email just a user name. I've tried my email associated with my sky q, but it keeps coming back to renew your subscription. 

I've been in touch with D+ and they have just sent me all the links that take me around in circles
