Yes we know that, as mentioned above.
You do not have to pay for HD on Sky Q to get the BBC HD channels. They are free. Have a look in the TV Guide on your box.

I think the following channel numbers from the BBC themselves is up to date:-

Edit: some of the regional stuff might not be such as BBC Scotland.

I've just spoken with Sky and was told it will be £9 extra a month for HD. It's free for the first 3 months then £9. We have Sky Q already, but haven't been paying for HD, so we have now lost the BBC channels from Sky. I haven't had any messages on screen so this was a complete surprise to me today! Think I'm going to cancel it all.

hi @Laura4121
You do NOT need the HD add on for the BBC channels - if you have been told you need it then you should raise a complaint and make sure get your call reviewed.
What is the actual message you are getting when trying to watch BBC & which channel(s) - & can you confirm it is live channels or whether it is a problem with a recording

This appears to be based on a misunderstanding of the official announcement from the BBC themselves
" If you are still using SD satellite equipment you now need to upgrade to HD to be able to watch BBC channels. "
While somewhat confusingly worded, this is intended to mean HD-capable equipment (which Q is already) and not HD subscription.
