App is not free as promised

I was told I would get Disney + and Paramount + for free but when I tried accessing those apps, I was asked to log in and pay a subscription fee.

Is it possible you are confusing Disney + with Discovery + - I am not aware of any offers for Disney + but Discovery + is free for SKY  Q subscribers

Regarding Paramount + that is usually free for SKY Cinema customers but I guess they may have extended it - have you followed the steps in this ? :

Disney+ has never been free through Sky: the Disney Corporation is famously fond of money (and probably still cross that Comcast outbid them for ownership of Sky Group ; )

As @nigea99 indicates, Paramount+ is 'free' to Sky Cinema subscribers, but not with a Cinema trial period.
