Jave poor signal strength and quality for ladt few days with no difference following 3 full resets

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

Had pixelated signal for several days. But mainly on channels  1 and 3. Took ages and ages to get through to Sky going round and round pressing all the different buttons they have agreed to send an engineer but that is in 10 days time now we have no TV signal at all. There is clearly a problem with the dish but they can't keep blaming the weather because some days it has been fine, total poor lack of service and not being able to provide an engineer for so long is ridiculous given what we pay for the service

As noted elsewhere, Sky is in the process of reducing the number of satellite dish installers it employs in response to a general shift to streaming and the likely end of satellite television broadcasting before the end of the decade.
