Hi, everyone.

 

We’re aware of an issue affecting some Android customers when downloading the Sky Smart Home app.

 

A fix is being rolled out in stages from today, and you should start to see improvements over the next few days.

 

We expect this to be fully resolved for all customers by the end of the week.

@C_A  I have not seen any change to the app at all and still have the same error.

I was told to delete the app by sky and download new one. I did this and now sky does not recognise my email...been told to check later !!!

I have finally managed to download the sky protect app and all is well.

After many days of frustration, I too have been able to update both my devices today.

I just kept contacting Sky on a rolling email and they replied very quickly at all times.

@Highlinder yes I can, all appears to be working well. If only I could add my two old Neos cameras to the app (similar in design to the indoor camera).

 

@Sue20261 I kept asking for updates from the Protect team as was rewarded with £20 compensation for the inconvenience.

@C_A  It seems it is a hit or miss to get the app working, just checked again and it is still giving me the same error.
