I still have an open ticket with Sky since Monday to fix out this issue with being unable to log in to the app after the update.

Silly question are you using the correct app. It has the sky word at top and the house outlibe underneath

@Sue20261 Yes that is the one I am using, below is what I see. I am one of the beta testers for the tech, so I should not see this.

No I only got the denial alert when I tried to download the sky app itself. Sorry I cant be any more help.
Just keep emailing them abd if they email to say they are just checking in then remind them that you are awaiting a response.

If you are still having issues signing into the app, you will need to contact the Sky Smart home team.
You can use the 'No I still need help button' at the bottom of this Sky help article, for some contact details.
Or email the app support team, using the email shown on the Sky Smart Home app on the apps Google Play and Apple Store page.

We have been on the phone to sky protect for 30mins trying to sort this and have only been able to get one phone to work the app. Please can someone contact me to sort this out. This isn't acceptable

@Joanne+Holland Did you have the app before the upgrade or is this the first time of trying to install the app on to the device?

We have removed the app and reinstalled a few times. When opening the app it wont go to the log in screen just a box saying unable to log in and to contact sky ect.
