If you 'return' them elsewhere then the scammers will have the phones and you'll be paying for them.
If you did not receive a call about this then your account password was probably a duplicate that you've used elsewhere. Change it immediately.

As @PandJ2020 indicates, the scammers will now be very keen to get hold of the hardware, so be extremely wary of all inbound communication.

Find out moreYou mostly likely will receive a call from the scammers stating the incorrect gifts have arrived & that they'll send a courier to collect the phones, if so then hang up immediately. The phones need to be returned to Sky, they should send you a returns label.

So this morning a royal mail postman arrived with this label to collect the phones , (only one label though ) I explained the situation and that I was waiting to hear back from Sky as to how to return them (still waiting ??) the address is a terraced house ,(google earth it ) Now call me old fassion but Im sure im not the first one on this scam and doesnt ssky report this to the local police and prosecute the persons living there ?? Or is it too much work and easier to just persecute the honest customer ??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm sure it will be investigated but you might not find out what the outcome of their investigation is. You did right not giving this to the postie as this is what these scammers want so that it gets sent to them.
