Not ordered

I received a phone I never ordered and was a contract to I have now sent back by royal mail . But sky still put on my bill .

Sounds like you've been scammed.

How did you get return delivery?  (As the scam involves ordering the phone on your account and then you returning it to the scammers)

 

If so, they have the device and you're paying for it.
