So yesterday started getting emails stating I had orderd 2 new mobiles with sky , Obviously I had not but by this time too late to phone and online chat no help , Contacted sky this morning and after the usuall round the house questions being cut of twice!! I reported it , advisor stated sky will get back to me but nothing yet ? phones deliverd by DPD so photographed courier and vehicle for proof as well as boxes to show not opend .
Anyone else had this and what should I do next ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhatever, do not 'return' them to anyone other than Sky. The usual procedure is for the scammers to now provide 'return' pickup or labels.
If you 'return' them elsewhere then the scammers will have the phones and you'll be paying for them.
If you did not receive a call about this then your account password was probably a duplicate that you've used elsewhere. Change it immediately.

As @PandJ2020 indicates, the scammers will now be very keen to get hold of the hardware, so be extremely wary of all inbound communication.

Find out moreYou mostly likely will receive a call from the scammers stating the incorrect gifts have arrived & that they'll send a courier to collect the phones, if so then hang up immediately. The phones need to be returned to Sky, they should send you a returns label.
