Saudi

I'm currently in Saudi and can't make or receive calls , I was under the impression my phone would work here I have no WiFi other then hotel, I have to spend cap off and data roaming is on but it still won't work

Have you tried searching for other networks to see if it will connect and then work ?

Try setting a high cap, but be aware this will be hit very quickly, particularly for data use at £2.16 per megabyte (note not gigabyte) and £2.16 per minute for voice calls.
