is sky mobile compatible in a blackberry phone

I've just opened a sky mobile account, I've put the sim in my blackberry phone, but doesn't appear to be working. Is Sky mobile compatible with a Blackberry phone? Thanks

Has the sim been activated as there is no reason why it wouldn't work so do you have another unlocked device you could try it in ?

How do I know if the sim has been activated? I received an email from Sky saying that I've transferred over and that my Sky Mobile is up n running.

You have to activate the sim via your account so did you do this ?

I've activated and got my PAC code from my former provider. Handset acknowledges that its Sky, it's got Mobile Networks as Sky

@DAM47  Is the Blackberry phone 4G comnpatile?  If not it may be 3G and that is being switched off over the country by the end of 2025.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'd observe the final BlackBerry handset was released in June 2018 running Android 8.1
