Roaming problems

Hello I have travelled to Africa my settings on roaming seem to be fine as I got the guide from sky virtual but I still have no signal I can't get in touch with calls how do I get this to work out as I need to make work calls.Please help

Hi @Monica88  where in Africa ? African countries are not covered by the £2 daily roaming charge and will cost thousands (yes thousands) of pounds per gig of data. You may well have reached your roaming/monthly spend cap, hopefully you didn't remove them as you may now have an expensive bill coming.
