Order on 12th Oct
Ordered an iPhone 16 Plus on 12th October and still nothing??

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.
Might be delayed if Apple are prioritising the iPhone 17 range.
After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
