Hi,
Since morning, any incoming call is displayed as "unknown" in caller id for all the calls. Even though from my own family member's calls. I am not sure if this is something to do with device as nothing is changed (android phone).
Can anyone help me how to see the caller's name as they saved in my address book (as before) or their number in case if they are the new callers instead of "unknown" on my mobile screen.
thanks

Thank you for your response, however it was ineffective.
When someone calls me, I still get "Unknown" as a caller id. When individuals send me text messages, they always include the name or phone number, but when someone phones, it always says "Unknown." I attempted to contact customer support (0333 7591 018) but was unable to do so. I'm not sure what I should do, except that in the worst-case scenario, I may have to switch supplier becasue its annoying.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Shwets You can dial 150 free to speak to Sky from your Sky mobile or Sky Talk landline. Stay on the line as long as possible and don't hang up when prompted. If asked reason for call say 'technical' and you'll join the queue to speak to an agent.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry turning off VoLTE on the network settings on your phone. Sky appear to have made recent chances to how the LTE network is used for calls, so try falling back to 2G/3G calls.

Hi, Thanks for your response.
I have seen the mobile network setting but i can not find the VoLTE option on this phone, look like my phone doesnt support it. I am using Huawei Nova 5T.
Does the phone has to be VoLTE for caller id display? Please note, this issue started just a few days ago only.
Unfortunately, i can not find any way to contact SKY mobile, all the numbers i have tried inlcuding 150 as well, no luck..

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Shwets 150 should work. If it connected before try again, stay on the line, don't hang up when prompted and if asked reason for call say 'technical'.
If that doesn't work you can contact Sky through this link. The ‘Need More Help’ at the bottom of the page will provide a 0333 phone number.

I was able to contact with Sky Customer Service (150) and they issued me a new SIM card when I explained that I had tried the same SKY SIM card in other phones and the problem persisted, indicating that the problem was not with the device but with the network.
Surprisingly, my problem was fixed by itself yesterday morning, despite the fact that I am still waiting for a new SIM.
It appears that SKY has identified and resolved the problem.
