Regarding my account

I am paying my bills regularly , i have got one Iphone 14. I went to a sky store to buy some device , when they put my account in their system , it said that my account has been cancelled , i dont know why , i am paying my bills , even then it said that when i wanted to buy something , i am unable to do that . Please do something about it , i am in the need of that device , thank uu

You are talking to other customers only here and not Sky support.

 

What they might have meant is the order they put through for another device got cancelled due to you failing the credit check that takes place.

 

If you have failed the credit check then this will be something you need to look into yourself. You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.

Thank u for the reply, but when i went to buy , he did put my account as i am already a sky consumer, he said that this account is been cancelled , so i couldn't buy anything he said , I didn't even reach the credit check

Did you give him the right account details, so have you been a customer previously in the past ?

Have you tried ordering this device yourself from the same account that your iphone 14 is on ?
