Hi I am having the same problem and we have a spare Motorola phone and I tried changing my sim into it thinking it was a Samsung problem and I had the same thing happen to me so I doubt it is a samsung problem.

Voicemail notification constantly appearing with no messages
For the past week I have a notification come up on my phone that I have a voicemail and when I phone I have nothing. I have done EVERYTHING that has been suggested and I have even put my sim card in a different phone (my phone is a Samsung a56 and I put it into a Motorola phone) thinking could it be a handset problem but I still had the same problem. I even had my voicemails turned off and was still getting the notification. How can I get rid of this as I am about ready to give up on sky and go with another network.

I have tried everything multiple times each day and nothing is working for me. Some days the notification comes up once and then goes away for hours and I think great its been sorted and then it will come up again. Other days it comes up every hour . Its so annoying. I even spoke to my local sky shop and they couldnt help as they just told me to tey everything I have done.

It's ridiculous it needs addressing by Sky. It can't be any single individuals phone that is at fault as do many people are complaining on here. I know others it's happening to as well.

Yeah it does i thought oh great mine has finally sorted itself but then it happened tonight. Its so annoying now I dread looking at my phone everytime I hear it beep

So after my bit of a rant 2 days ago a sky employee replied and apparently they are now aware and investigating and as per days go by and many others are now speaking out that they have the same issue (4 times again so far today for me) where is the urgency? More importantly where is the resolution?

Yeah it is rather annoying when it is happening everyday all day so needs sorted ASAP

I've only just started getting these notifications. Even when I've not got any voicemail messages.

Yeah there seems to be quite a few of us now who are having the same problem so it has to be a sky problem and not a handset problem. If sky know about it why cant rhey sort it

Welcome to the club, its so annoying. Mine only started a few weeks ago and never used to do it so it must be to do with sky as its happening to so many people

Open your phone app used for calls then go to settings,memory and cache then tap clear cache but as I have already stated it wont do anything as its clearly a problem with sky as so many are having the same issue and they are dragging their heels in resolving it.

I'm having same problem! Got a new S25 FE 2 weeks ago and now I'm getting these annoying notifications several times a day. It seems when I leave WiFi it pops up and vice versa when I re join WiFi.
I called support and went round in circles for over an hour to get precisely nowhere 🥴

It seems sky don't give a fig about it all. They say they will look into it but nothing is happening and more and more people are reporting problems. Please Sky do something before we all cancel our contracts...
