No I keep getting a notification saying i have a voicemail and when I call voicemail there isn't one. Get them a few times a day, actually I've only had one today.

Re: Sky Voicemail
Hi
Re your reply a few days ago finally acknowledging and allegedly escalating this issue just take a look at how many people are now speaking about this fault since I had my rant.
Hopefully that will make you take action sooner rather than later
- Im sending this reply today because I am yet to be convinced that anything is actually being done to resolve the problem and that you only posted your reply to pacify me because there has been no update and you now have lots of disgruntled customers that need to see some urgency and a resolution to this problem not just words remember actions speak louder than words.

Re: Sky Voicemail
Something like that needs to be said because you are 100% right. All they refer you to is the troubleshooting and if you have done all of that with no resolution which we all clearly are having means something else needs done and it also cant be a handset problem as we each have different handsets. Hopefully you get some sort of a decent reply and we all get a resolution soon as it is extremely annoying and more and more people appear to be getting affected now

Re: Voicemail notification not clearing
Thought it was my phone. Been having this issue for 3 weeks now, and same as some others happens when I change from wifi to 4G. Tried all points that put in answer but still happens. Are Sky looking at a fix???

Re: Voicemail notification not clearing
We have no idea apparently what they are telling people is that they are looking into it or that it is a handset problem which it couldnt be considering we are all on different handsets. God knows if or when they will look into it

Re: Voicemail notification not clearing
Any one actually found a solution to fix this or got sky to do anything. I'm having exactly the same problem and have tried every thing. I think I'm worse than every one else as I'm getting a notification every minute, but have checked and no voicemails.
Its making notification sounds even when volume is turned off and is over riding do not disturb. Every minute.
I've tried every thing including clearing cache, restarting phone, ringing and leaving a message my self and then deleting message, I've tried SIM in another phone, I've tried resetting phone.
I have even tried to see if I can turn off voicemail notifications but it's greyed out and won't allow me to turn off.
I've had to result to disabling SIM for now as was driving me crazy and keeping me awake at night.
Thankfully I have a second SIM for emergencies from a different company which I'm having to use right now.
Going to cancel this mobile SIM soon as un usable like this. I can't have notification going off every minute.

Re: Voicemail notification not clearing
As you can see from the thread a sky employee did reply initially and noted the issue with the usual "we are now aware and its been escalated" i messaged him again yesterday but as expected no response I feel like so many companies these days they just treat paying customers with contempt and fob people off time and again
In my customer service career of over 40 years we always kept customers informed but personally now I dont bother holding my breath as no one shows any interest in customers when we all start cancelling our contracts only then might they do something thats my opinion now

Re: Voicemail notification not clearing
I agree entirely I worked for years in Market Research training people to do Mystery Shopping in those days companies cared about their employees and expected a good job to be done by everyone. People took pride in receiving their reports after being mystery shopped and no-one was sacked because of a bad report they were retrained.

Re: Voicemail notification not clearing
So yet another day with this issue still unresolved and still no reply to my further message to that "sky employee" who replied to my rant and stated the scripted "thank you for raising this issue we are looking into it" but I do keep getting emails about more people confirming that they have the same fault and also the pathetic and childish "congratulations you have reached the next level" in regards this forum messaging which as I stated earlier clearly shows it is designed as a distraction like social media whereby people can chat but NOTHING GETS DONE cmon sky prove me wrong by responding with an explanation and a fix (I wont hold my breath)

Re: Voicemail notification constant pop up
I think ive found the solution. Call your own mobile from your mobile and leave yourself a test message. Wait 5 minutes for the notification to.come through and listen to the whole message on the pop up and actually in the sky mobile answerphone before deleting. Touch wood, its cleared.my answerphone issue

Re: Voicemail notification not clearing
Exactly a week since you replied as "a sky employee" to my rant because of the lack of assistance with this voicemail notification issue you claimed and used that bog standard "we are looking into it" line the thread now has 68 disgruntled customers so were is the fix?
