Voicemail notification not clearing

I have the same problem, repeated voicemail notifications.  Its driving me mad, even tried resetting the phone (iphone 17) but didnt work. Has anyone found a resolution? Tried all the troubleshooting. Thinking of sending it back to Sky, only had it a month.

Hi, I'm not sure which reply you're referring to? Is it the one that says it has been reported to Sky, and they will check it?

That was more than 2 weeks ago, and there are numerous similar complaints?

I'm just trying to find out if there has been any interim advice? Thanks.

Someone alleged to be from Sky and acknowledged the issue but not replied to any further messages and nothing else has been said or even done!!

1. Your device make and model (e.g. Samsung S26).
2. Your device OS version (e.g. Android 16)
3. When the issue started. (e.g. 3rd March 2026)
4. Confirm whether or not you've tried all relevant troubleshooting steps.
5. Describe the issue (e.g. red dot only, +1 voicemail, repeated pop‑ups, etc.).

If you're no longer experiencing this issue, please share the steps you followed to resolve it.

Ok so its still taken you over 3 weeks to now ask the most basic of questions to actually be able to investigate the issue despite me reply to you TWICE before which were ignored. 

Phone =Samsung A35 5g

Android 16 

One uai version 8

Pop up notifications at random times throughout every day but when checked "you have no messages" 

Started early march

Now you have FINALLY responded lets see a quick resolution after all WE pay your wages.

I have a samsung galaxy A14 and I've not had the issue for over a week now. I tried all the actions in trouble shooting but those didn't work. Then just stopped doing it.

I had stopped all notifications on everything and ot stopped however have not turned all of them back on. 

I havr a samsung a56 5g 

Latest update done in feb and had been going on since start of feb I think I cant remember exactly

There does seem to be a lot of Samsung phones having the issue. Has anyone contacted Samsung or tried a Samsung forum for help ? It may be a Samsung issue rather than a sky one ?

I changed my phone to a motorola for one day thinking it was a Samsung problem and I had the same problem with it so its not juat a samsung problem

I have an A13. Tried all the suggestions but nothing worked. Then it just stopped happening. No idea why!

I have a S23 and I was getting voicemail notifications quite a few times every day, tried everything but still happened. Then suddenly mine stopped doing it and I've no idea why either.

I have a  Samsung A56, this has been going on for weeks now, and shows no sign of letting up.

I have tried the suggested fixes, no change.

Same issue here, Found a workaround, Go to SETTINGS, search VOICEMAIL, I returned three hits one being VISUAL VOICEMAIL, tap on it And I returned a further four hits and one being VISUAL VOICEMAIL with on/off button, just tap it off then tap it on again and notification dissapears for about a month.
