Hi, I am having similar issues following porting to Sky mobile last month.
When I switch on my phone, and several times during the day, I am alerted to a 'new voicemail'.
However, when I access voicemail (171) - my voicemail box is empty.
I have a constant red badge on my phone showing '1' on my phone icon
I have searched this and other posts advise switching on Cellular Data, and switching off live voicemail - both of whiuch I have done. I have also reset network settings.
I had no problems with my previous supplier.
Called twice to Sky, but am no further on !!
Please help - its driving me nuts

Hi @Noel131 there have been similar reports on here lately so there may be an issue at Skys end.

well it certainly looks as if like so many things these days they set up these community sites which appear to be a way to divert people away from the fact that no one from sky jumps on and admits to a problem and then takes control which back in my day of customer service (40year career) was known as "owning the problem" and actually firstly acknowledging the issue and then working to resolve it asap to keep the customers happy this just appears to be a chat site where nobody actually provides any service or resolutions.

Thank you for actually taking note and fyi of course i have already done all the recommended fixes etc before using this messaging system now let's see if action to identify the problem and instigate a fix asap happens or?

But same as GF55A I've done all that is suggested and I'm still having the issue as well.
So here's hoping they can get to bottom of this.

Mine does that too and it's driving me mad. I've now switched off visual voicemail but not sure if that has worked or not yet.

I'm still trying to find out how to do it too. I knocked off visual voicemail which someone said to try but didn't work!
