Unable to purchase a sky mobile

I have been trying to purchase a new mobile/ plan via the sky mobile section of the website and everytime I get to the final stage of confirming the order, it goes to an error page saying there is a technical error on the sky side and to refresh the page - I do this but then it keeps happening.

Any ideas??

Give Sky a call and an agent can place the order for you.

I am having the exact same problem on both a browser and the app. Would rather not have to speak to someone to place an order

If clearing cache and changing browser don't work you'll have to call.
