My wife just upgraded her iPhone. She agreed to trade in her old one, completed the upgrade and the new phone duly arrived. She now wants to pay off the old phone to give to a family member rather than sending back. How should she do this?
She has now done this, Sky cancelled the swap over the phone, allowing her to then pay off the old handset via MySky app. Prior to the swap being cancelled, the old phone was not showing in the app, only the upgraded one.
