I am looking to upgrade my phone but once I have chosen the phone I like, at no point and I asked to select what data plan I would like. If I do the same thing without logging in I get more option and more deals. Can someone tell me as an existing customer why I cannot upgrade my data when upgrading my phone?

I don't know why you do not get the option but you can change the data package on your sim anytime you want so you could do it after placing the upgrade order. Offers show on the website when you are not logged in will apply to potential new customers only but there is nothing from stopping you from phoning Sky on 150 to see if they will apply one of these offers to your current sim.
