My bill

I don't have the sky sim I just have the phone as I lost the sim but it won't let me pay my bill so please could somebody take the money from my bank account as it won't let me pay unless I have the activation code from the sim.

You can order a replacement one by contacting Sky about it.

You should have something setup like a credit/debit card or a direct so do you have this in place ?
