Switch to Sky Mobile problem

Been trying to transfer from Tesco Mobile to Sky Mobile, without success. 
On my mobile, I go into my Sky account, and follow all the prompts re Sim Card only, 3gb per month deal. It puts the deal into my basket, but when I select Checkout the system just hangs. 
Any ideas why Sky not accepting this request?

Thanks for suggestions. I'll try them tomorrow office hours. If 150 works on my landline (it's connected to SkyTalk) I'll be delighted but still intrigued and miffed that simple online service didn't work.

Does it work if you use another browser on your mobile or if you can to place the order via another device ?

In that case @Lynn_Mary all you can do is to call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
