A suggestion for those expecting calls who still have landlines - you could divert all calls from your mobile to your landline while you are at home. At least that way you shouldn't miss important calls.
To be fair, I came from O2 to Sky and saved about 75% on what I was paying O2 each month, so I can forgive Sky the odd outage, as the service has been good for me for several months.
That said, it would have been nice to have received some sort of notification from them about the outage. Communication is everything when you are dealing with customers. We shouldn't be having to search on notice boards for information.

Suffering the same problem here. No WiFi calls ot texts for 3 days on Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5g. We don't have a mobile signal here either as very rural. Could this be because of the latest update?

Same here no wifi calling for mine and my wife's iPhone. Away from house all good at home no calls so whilst at home having to use WhatsApp to make any calls. Not ideal ☹️

WiFi Calling seems to be working for me now. Try toggling Airplane Mode on and off.

Yes same here on both our Apple phones let's hope it lasts as Sky is good value

Yep appears to be back. Let's hope it remains stable!

Still having issues, have just hard reset my iPhone and still not resolved, works for around 2 mins then back to being unresponsive, is there a trick I'm missing to resolve?

Put in airplane mode and then flick down top right corner to get into control centre you should then see top left showing sky Wi-Fi calling. Then turn airplane mode off and you should be ok.

Cannot believe the lack of update and how long it is taking to fix this issue which is only affecting some users. My phone refuses to connect to the sky network. Wife's is working fine. Shockingly poor customer service

There were two updates yesterday on this thread… posts 41 & 64.

Not much of an update was it, also the main website still has a very basic message from 8.40 am yesterday. I cannot be without a mobile and will have to go and get a SIM from another provider today and leave sky mobile as we simply have no idea when they believe the problem will be fixed

Turing aeroplane mode on and off is not working for me. So I'm still having issues. 72hrs is a long time again when you rely on wifi calling to have important calls. I also don't have a landline so can not divert calls to that.
It's so frustrating.

Just tried the wifi calling again (26/04/23) at 08.55 and thankfully it's working for me.
During the last three days we have had to manage without, we have received absolutley nothing from sky. Surely a text message would have been easy for them to send us?
The main reason I have been a sky broadband, and mobile user for so long is because of the wifi calling feature, and at a reasonable cost.
Maybe the old adage of - you get what you pay for is appropiate here.

Have followed instructions for airplane mode and sky Wi-Fi then take airplane mode off, fixed for one call now I have a call that's stuck on my phone and no way of shutting down and unless I hard reset the iPhone again. I so hoped this was a permanent fix 😩

@Clareridds . The system now seems to be back to full operation in my area of Kent with WiFi calling being stable for the last couple of hours. Thank you.
