I recently changed my mobile phone and cant see my mobile accounts.
Previously my sky app had my tv,broadband, phone and also mobile account on which has my 2 childrens accounts on. But since Ive changed phone/ number it only gives tv/broadband and telephone. I try to link the mobile account with details but just gives me an error. Please help as I cant manage my childrens accounts now.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
