I received a call yesterday to tell me about updates to Sky. They said I can use my piggy bank data to buy movies in the sky store.
I have tried the ways people did from the old 2021 / 22 chats on here and nothing.

anyone else have an idea how to do it?

Unless the offer is showing again in Piggybank rewards then it isn't available so can't be redeemed no matter what you were told.
