I received my SKY Mobile SIM on the 21st of May, I entered my PAC code and received a notification on my SKY Account that my number was succesfully transferred and activated on the 23rd of May.
Fast forward to several weeks later, the SIM does not work. I have spoken to SKY's representatives several times on chat, and they are not sending a replacement SIM through.
First, they made me try a bunch of settings - none of those made a difference.
Then they said that oh its probably a coverage problem in my area ("Mast Issue") which is being worked on right now.
Now, I'm getting no clarity from them. I have not had a functional SIM for weeks now. What should I do?

Same issue here. I am just on with them right now. It seems that there has been a problem with a number of activations during the past few weeks.....I am awaiting response.
