Have you received my trade in device galaxy a9?

Hi I traded in and upgraded my samsung tablet a9 to a s9. The a9 is showing on my account. Also have you received the Samsung a9 trade in as I sent via post office.

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.

 

Mobile/tablet returns are taking 2-3 weeks to be received, processed, checked for damage and valued.
