Same here, I'm in Vegas and both my sims with sky have no network connection. This has happened since 11am local when I was in Arazona (-7 hrs GMT), and still happening in Vegas at 7.20pm (-8 hrs GMT). What's going on?

Traveling in the US this week, and moving through multiple states. Mobile passport worked fine for first couple of days and recieved text etc but after one flight it went dead and just showing SOS. (had the text message for earlier that day to say MP had started)
tried re starting phone
tried all steps on the sky guides - sending settings, etc
tried choosing the carrier
checked sim applications > roaming > but can't see the usual options for home / abroad etc (as this has worked before) can only see automatic or sky settings as options here
any advice or thoughts appreciated!

Same here. Both me and my partner had full service until about 3pm New York time. We have been on sos for over 12 hrs now

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSounds there is an issue over there with sky and their partners. Have you all tried rebooting your phones ? Try turning flight mode on then off ?

It would be useful if people pointed out if they are a Sky UK or Sky Ireland customer.
Is it affecting either or both ?

I'm in New York right now and my phone has done the same. I've been here for a week and it's been completely fine then yesterday around 3 it stopped working and has been on sos mode ever since.

Hi, to anyone still struggling like me, I've ended up having to call Sky on my mums phone to talk and they have only just realised that there is an issue through me telling them. They have said give them 3 to 4 hours to fix the problem. They are refunding me £2 from yesterday data roaming so if you call you can get a refund as well. If your phone is still in sos mode 4 hours after this post I would suggest calling up and telling them. Hope this helps 🙂

Same problem. In Vegas and have spent over an hour with Sky customers services. It's 0745 Vegas time and it is clear they do not know the wider issue affecting Sky customers in the USA.
Really poor show from Sky and deeply frustrating.

Hi Mikey, I can't even call them because both me and my wife are with Sky and I can't call anyone. This means that me and the misses can't explore on our own, we have to be stuck together. Also, we're in a different country, so should anything happen to us, we can call anyone.

We are on holiday in New York and my husbands sky mobile is not getting any signal. Only a satellite symbol and an SOS symbol on the top of the screen. Very frustrating. He has gone through the options given in the Help section but nothing is working. Can someone please help?
