Received empty box

I have ordered iPhone 17 pro max ,when it's delivered there is no mobile in it I immediately called customer support and explained the situation on October 30 2025 and there is still no response from them as when ever I call them they always say the mobile escalation team will contact you but no response and sometimes they don't know what to answer so they are disconnecting my calls I am wasting my time and I am in stress mental pressure and need to pay for the device I don't have they are keep on dragging this and still doing

Their customer service is the sorest no one knows that they are doing don't know proper information always lies if one guy says one thing next person says different so don't trust these guys

They do need time to investigate this but as it has been over 5 weeks now I would put in a complaint by filling in this form

This then gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue for you or to issue you with a deadlock letter which allows you to take this further.
