I'm exact same, travelling New York on my own and data went out around 2/3pm. SOS mode ever since, no way of getting in touch with Sky to let them know as im alone! What a pain!

Signal has gone down this evening in FL, did signal get restored once Sky was called? It's not safe to be abroad with no signal.

I'm back in the UK on the 19th, I'll call them about this issue. By the way, I've been without connection now for about 32 hours, and still counting.

I've just arrived into the USA today and as soon as I turned my phone on in the airport it came up SOS. I'm hoping it resolves itself soon

Still not working and unable to contact sky their online chat service is "closed". Cant make any calls.

Thank you, still inconvenient but helps a lot to know it is actually an issue and not just me. Hopefully Sky will sort it asap.

For those travelling right now - download Airalo, it's an instant eSIM, granted you have to pay for it. But it's a quick fix to have data when out & about if need be. Better that than nothing, hope this is useful!
