Roaming issues

I recently upgraded my phone which was working fine in the UK. I am now in Saudi and have have no service since I arrived (3 days). I've tried all the suggestions online but nothing has worked. I know I am missing calls and texts and I need my phone for work. It worked fine before with my old phone.

You do know that Saudi Arabia is a Rest Of The World destination and using your phone there could incur massive charges?

These are the charges you are looking at:

 

£2,160 per GB (yes this is correct)

£2.16 per minute Calls to local or UK mobile and landline numbers

£1.80 per minute to receive calls

£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles

£0.58 per picture message(MMS)
