Eircoce not recognised

I am trying to active my Sky mobile sim card. (This is a physical sim, not an eSim.)

 

Whenever I try to link the sky id, I am prompted as anyone to give my surname, eircode and billing details. When I try to enter these, no matter how I format it I get an error stating the eircode is formatted incorrectly.

 

I have tried the following formats:

*** ****

**** ***

 

I have had no luck searching these forums or the sky faq pages for a solution.

The only possible solution would be to find a way to contact Sky Ireland about this tomorrow,
