Phone has no signal, can't make calls or texts, access internet etc. Made sure settings are all correct, never happened before any ideas ?

Roaming not working. Did not receive a welcome text on arrival at destination, I have tried all of the online steps, none of which have worked.

Hi @63johnw,
thank you for the response. I am in Spain, I have activated my mobile data and roaming is on, however I have no signal and my data is also not working. I do not have a spend cap.

@63johnw , I am using an iPhone 13pro. I have tried connecting to different networks, however it still isn't working.

I am having this exact same problem. I am also in Spain. I have tried all of the online help guides, have tried re-sending the network settings from Sky help pages and nothing.
it was working as recently as yesterday but nothing today
