Find out moreThere have been seome issues over the last week or so from people that are on mainland Spain who are having the same issues so there does appear to be some sort of issue in the region. I'm not sure there is any soloution at present so where she can she will have to use the Wifi cinnection.

I arrived in Spain and my mobile roaming is not working.
My partner sim I linked to my account and is working fine.

Just landed in Malaga and have the same issue. No calls, texts or Internet connection. Anyone got any idea how I escalate it without being able to call sky?

Should I pay £2 a day for WiFi passport whilst in turkey and does it work and is it worth it?

Now that my data roaming is fixed. My partners SIM, which is linked to my account is no longer working now.

I have also just arrived in Majorca and cannot get any service! It's asking me to call sky - which is ironic given I can't connect to anything 🤦🏼♀️ please help sky!!!

The £2 daily charge allows you to use your home home data allowance, make calls and send texts to UK numbers. Local calls in Turkey are charged extra. It's up to you if you think its worth it. If you have constant access to local Wi-Fi you may not need it. It should work in Turkey but as with all roaming there could be issues beyond Skys control.
