Hi, I'm having the same problem. I am unable to link my existing mobile account to the MySky app. It keeps saying Your account has already been linked. I have tried calling but they are no help, thank you in advance.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

Hi @caesarome, I've not seen the chat bubble pop up yet? Does the chat function work on safari on iPhone? Just wanted to check in case it's there but I can't see it

I've been trying for a week to sort this now, ive had people chat and i've had phone calls still not fixed.

The chat team said i needed to ring.
when i rang i was told they couldnt access my email, so would send me an email with a code. which i never recieved.
Its become a bit of a joke now.. cant even access my bills.

I have no one seems to know what theyre doing, i think i might just cancel my phone contract and send it back and go with someone else. Less hassle.
