IPhone 14 Plus on back order

I placed a new order to move to Sky Mobile on Firday, and it advised that the iPhone 14 Plus was available within a week, but now, says its on back order.  It also does not show as an active order.

i have my PAC code that i want to register with my new device as well which is only valid for 30 days but is there any way to know when i can expect my order ?

Hi @PaulM1977  unfortunately no one here can tell you when you will get your phone, the information provided in your account is the most up to date available. Back order means sky are awaiting stock. If your PAC expires you can order a new one.
