Problems with Roaming

Currently in NZ and have 2 phones on sky mobile. 4G/5g has been fine for 2 weeks but this morning I cannot connect by phone or data - despite both phones showing strong signal and 4G/5G.   I notice others around the world appear to be having similar problems??  I'm going to be out of wifi range in a day or so and will need roaming to work!!! I've done all the usual resets etc to no avail.

 

Please fix this sky - it's clearly just not me!!!!

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.

 

There have been similar reports overnight and this morning for customers in Canada and the USA. So far yours is the only one for NZ. A SuperUser has brought it to the attention of the staff on here so hopefully it will start off an investigation if they weren't already aware. Suffice to say that Sky can't really guarantee coverage overseas.

I am aware that this is a customer focussed forum.  As I cannot call /pnone sky and have no phone ability other than wifi, and sky 'virtual chat' is useless, and no way to acess a real representative any other way - this forum is my last resort.  Clearly there are issues worldwide now.  I have 2 seperate cases here.

Can we get another update. It’s working right now but being really really slow. Taking over 10 minutes to load one page on safari. And I can’t call as there’s like a 3 minutes delay
