MacBook Air ordered with eSIM but can’t activate it

MacBook Air ordered yesterday with eSIM but can’t activate it. It appears they don't take them??? Any advice would be welcome plus how to speak to an actual advisor online please. Thank you so much in advance

Speaking to an advisor won't put the sim hardware in the Mac...

For some bizarre reason Sky sell the MacBooks with a SIM that can't be used without a dongle.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Lg50

Apple has never manufactured a MacBook model with any cellular hardware components at all, so not surprisingly they cannot accommodate either an eSim or physical SIM card.
