Problems with Roaming

Currently in NZ and have 2 phones on sky mobile. 4G/5g has been fine for 2 weeks but this morning I cannot connect by phone or data - despite both phones showing strong signal and 4G/5G.   I notice others around the world appear to be having similar problems??  I'm going to be out of wifi range in a day or so and will need roaming to work!!! I've done all the usual resets etc to no avail.

 

Please fix this sky - it's clearly just not me!!!!
