sounds like you need to talk to them, did you get an order confirmation email?

@Jeanni yeah Iive spoken to them a couple of times. They said it's definitely on order and I'll get an update when there's an update to get. I had the confirmation email and emailed contract and that's it!

Just spoke to them again on the phone, he said it'll be another month! I was just about to kick off when he said oh I thought you ordered it yesterday not last month (didn't check the month I ordered obviously!) so he said it should now be here by the end of the week 😂😂

I said but tomorrow is Friday, so he said end of next week then

So basically who knows when it's coming but it's definitely been ordered

I have also ordered the Pixel Pro 9 512gb and it looks like I wont be getting mine til around 30 Sept 2024-7th Oct 2024.

Seems like this phone is in-demand. So they need to make plenty more, so evryone gets their device on time. Wish I chose somethin else.... I hate waiting! 😖

Hi still no change on my order re delivery date, I'm starting to get a bit miffed as it's over 5 weeks since I pre ordered this phone, has anyone received their phone yet please?

@Jeanni yeah me too, it's 5 and half weeks since I ordered mine, and they sent this today 

"Hi. We expect your Pixel 9 Pro to be delivered by 07 October 2024. We'll email you a day before it's delivered. Thanks for your patience.;"

Like I can do anything else but be patient 😠

@Kath they really are taking the micky, all this time and no word at all, if it wasn't 'cutting off my nose to spite myself' I'd cancel the blooming thing, and go elsewhere but saying that it'd cost more! I suppose it's Googles fault, as I think all suppliers are the same, it's just not knowing that's the annoying part, hopefully I'll hear soon too!

*UPDATE*

I've just spoken to Sky and they still cannot give me a delivery date, all I was told that new orders would be delivered in 2/3 weeks, so I should get it delivered within that time frame, which will make it 8/9 weeks since ordering, pretty poor, I was offered a re-order but not at the pre-order price, which I turned down. So it's still a case of a waiting game....not a happy bunny, oh! I was asked if I'd consider a different phone....say iPhone 16, I said, not even if it was free 🤣
