When I order my upgrade I was aware of a potential delay but it's been going on for 4 weeks now and I've had no update. My friend who ordered after me has already received their new phone. Is anyone else having the same issues?

Evening. I'm still in the same boat as you. I ordered mine 4 weeks ago now and still not looking like getting it any time soon. Awful service.

I am not the same boat. No info regarding delivery. The customer support also dont have any information regarding the same. It is so frustrating.

I ordered a Google Pixel 9 Pro 256GB Hazel at the end of September, and it still has not been delivered. I called to query this mid October and was told there was a delivery date of 21 October. That came and went, I was then told 28 October and received an email to that effect also. This date also came and went with no delivery. Then I was told on 28/10 that it was 28 - 31 October....and then that there was no date at all!
I went onto the the agent chat today ad the agent was less than helpful and just said latest stock delivery date is 28/10 - in the past! He really wasn't very helpful at all. Anyone else having an issue?

I'm in the exact same boat as you. Ordered the phone a month ago and I've now been told I'll have mine by the 8th November.
Annoyingly, it seems to be a global stock issue, so I don't think it's on Sky

I have been waiting 9 weeks!! 9 weeks tomorrow for the Google pixel 9 Pro rose edition to be delivered, every week told an extra week, it's making me really frustrated now as my current phone is running slow and quite laggy and I need it to be ok, for when I transfer everything over, keep getting the same thing when I ring sky, delayed, I know this!! But 2-3 weeks, was told weeks ago, it would be deceived end of week, still no sign of it, 9 weeks now is an absolute disgrace debating cancelling and completely cancelling from sky, but I have seen many other suppliers are having the same trouble, but I'm still annoyed with sky because when I did my device swap it didn't say it was out of stock, until about 5 days after I ordered!!
