@Jeanni that's absolutely ridiculous! What i can't get my head around is people who have ordered the exact same phone after us gave received there's already! I'm going to call them again tomorrow as they told me previously that I would have it by the end of the week, and tomorrow is the end of the week!

@Kath86 yes I know Kath, you'd expect pre-orders would get priority but it doesn't seem like it, I felt like cancelling it but that would have been a wasted 6 weeks, I was told by the advisors that he would try and push it, asked me to give him until until Friday next the 5th!!! Hooray! I was dubious when I got any email yesterday saying they were delivering it soon, but looks like it's on the way today!

Literally been weeks waiting for the Google pixel 9 pro... Can't seem to get a proper answer from Sky on how long...in the meantime, my phone is failing and I need to be able to transfer everything. How long were people waiting until it was delivered? It's been 6 weeks and still no indication 😔

@Sisi7 hi, I've been waiting 6 weeks too,  I spoke with Sky on Friday and like you I didn't get a straight answer just a load of apologies, I was asked to give it until Friday 5th! I feel for you especially with your phone failing, I'm hoping that there may be good news this coming week, it also depends on which colour & gb you're waiting for I think.......🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I've just had a txt from Sky,  apologising for non delivery of my pro, they said they're working with Google to get it delivered soon and will have an update by the 7th of October!!! I'm not impressed, that's another week , making it 7 weeks from when I pre-ordered, and that's not even a delivery date! Has anyone else had this advice??

Well what day I had yesterday, I phoned Sky to enquire about my pixel 9 pro delivery, the advisors I spoke to said 'I'll cancel it and reorder and you'll get it on Monday' so before I could say no he did that then found not only couldn't he get it on Monday but also that he couldn't get it for the pre order discounted price!!! I was devastated been waiting 7 weeks for nothing, I had to terminate the call before I said something I'd regret.... anyway I phoned again later to comlplain and got a super advisor, so in the end, on his advice, I ordered the pixel 9 pro xl in porcelain (not my original choice) and it arrived this morning, I'm still grappling with setting it up, in fact I was wondering if anyone has had a problem finding the 'themed icon' option in wallpaper, I  do not seem to have that on this phone........any advice etc would be very welcome.......

when I ordered the Google pixel 9 pro I was told 4 weeks for delivery and since then it has been every week getting a message it's delayed and I have to wait yet another week for an update! What is going on? Why am I having to wait so long? I just need answers as I'm losing faith in Sky mobile services

hi the only thing I can suggest is keep ringing Sky, though I think it's more googles fault as they seem well behind with manufacturing these phones, on new phone phone orders Sky are still saying 2-3 week delivery.....but that's been the same for ages, as I said I eventually got the pro xl which I'm very pleased with, but it is a big & heavier version, good luck 🤞🏻
