Piggybank data doesn't roll over

Hi folks, I know this is a well trodden subject and I have tried reading through other threads for a solution, but my Piggybank data is not transferring over to my sim.  I'm wondering if it's possible to get escalated to a live chat?  I'm on the road driving most days and chat would suit me better than a call.  Thanks in advance.

Hi @Gordo1973  I have checked and the escalation team have said they will try and help (they can't help with all issues) so look out for a coloured speech bubble on here inviting you to a private chat.
