If you've ordered an incorrect device you'll have to call Sky to cancel it. Ordering an alternative will involve additional credit checks.

You will need to call Sky to ask them to cancel it for you. Ordering the pro Mac will mean you will be credit checked again.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
